COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
A useful, respectful retail community.
These rules will apply when member posting opens. We are publishing the scope now so everyone knows what belongs on Retailume.
Retail questions only
Every question and discussion must relate to retail: store operations, inventory, merchandising, supply chain, customer experience, retail leadership, e-commerce, dark stores, retail careers or retail technology. Unrelated topics will be removed.
Share responsibly
Discuss methods and lessons without revealing confidential company information, customer data or private employee details. Respect others' work and give attribution.
Treat people fairly
Harassment, hate, threats, impersonation and personal attacks are not allowed. Disagree with ideas respectfully.
Keep opportunities trustworthy
No spam, fake jobs, hidden promotions, misleading claims or copied work. Paid content must be labeled.
Moderation
When accounts launch, members will be able to report and block. Reports will be reviewed under the published privacy rules, and decisions may include content removal or account restrictions.
Member posting is not live yet. Reporting and appeal details will be completed before opening accounts.
