Privacy at Retailume

Retailume Academy provides free retail learning and uses only the information needed to save learning progress, issue certificates, verify credentials, and review employer-submitted job posts.

Learning data

A learner profile may store a display name, course progress, certificate records, and a device session identifier. Retailume does not require a password for the current learner-profile experience.

Advertising

Retailume may display third-party advertising in the future to help keep core learning free. When advertising is activated, advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies subject to their own policies and applicable consent requirements.

Job submissions

Employer contact details submitted through the jobs page are used to review the vacancy and are not shown publicly unless the listing is approved for publication.

Certificates

Certificate verification is intentionally public when someone enters a valid certificate code. The verification page may display the learner name, course title, score, issue date, and certificate code.

This page will be updated before any advertising network or additional analytics service is activated.
